Laundromat FAQ

Yes, we have friendly attendants on hand to offer assistance or answer questions.
Our laundromat is a card store. Our machines use the LaundroWorks laundry card or app.
Yes, we have machines large enough to wash comforters and other bulk items.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold service. You can upgrade to another detergent for a small fee.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.09 a pound.
There is a ten pound minimum.
Generally, most orders are ready for pickup in 24 hours. Larger orders may take longer.
No, we do not. We never mix your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery services seven days a week.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.39 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $1.99 a pound.
Yes, there is a 20 pound minimum order.
It's easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Most orders are returned to you in 24 hours. Larger orders may take longer.
You do not. Just tell us in the Driver's Notes what secure location you will be leaving your laundry.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences" where you can tell us if you have any special laundry instructions.
There is not. You are free to cancel at any time.
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a secure laundry bag or a trash bag that you can cinch closed.
You can log into your account and put your laundry service on hold until you return.
